1. Delivery Costs.

1.1.  Delivery UK & Ireland: £2.95 

As every Palm & Sole product is freshly hand-blended to order, your product will usually take 2-4 days to make before being posted. 

Once your product/s are ready, all UK & Ireland orders will be shipped using Royal Mail’s 2nd class service. This usually takes another 2-4 working days. 

When you place your order, we'll email you to let you know it's been received, how long your particular product/s will take to blend and when they'll be posted. We'll then email you again once your order has been sent to confirm postage. 

Please note: As all products are freshly hand-blended to order, by a very small team, during busy periods such as Christmas, hand-blending times can take longer. 

2. Delivery To Europe. 

 All orders outside the Uk are shipped using Royal Mail’s International Standard Delivery. Charges are based on the weight of your order. If extra postage is needed we will email you before processing your order.

Orders will be sent on a tracked service on orders over £100 (excluding VAT). All orders under this amount will be sent via a standard service. 

As every Palm & Sole product is freshly hand-blended to order, your product will usually take 2-4 days to make before being posted. 

Once your product/s are ready, Order to Europe will usually be posted using Royal Mail’s International Standing Delivery (3-10 working days). Depending on the size and weight of your order a courier may be used instead, and a signature upon delivery may be required.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. 

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products howsoever caused including but not limited to force majeure events.  These are circumstances beyond our reasonable control .


3. Delivery To The Rest of the World. 

Charges are based on the country we are shipping to and the weight of your order. If extra postage is needed we will email you before processing your order.

International orders will be sent on a tracked service on orders over £100 (excluding VAT). All orders under this amount will be sent via a standard service. 

As every Palm & Sole product is freshly hand-blended to order, your product will usually take 2-4 days to make before being posted. 

Once your product/s are ready, all orders outside Europe will be shipped using Royal Mail’s International Standard Delivery. This takes approximately another 10-14 working days. During the Christmas period, these delivery times may vary due to higher volumes.

You will be responsible for all applicable taxes including import charges for orders to overseas countries.  We shall not be liable for such charges.  Please contact  the relevant customs office to check if these apply.

 4. Returns

You may return any Product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the Product and the Products packaging has not been opened or damaged.

  • Reason for return/exchange

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products.  Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

If you are returning a faulty or damaged Product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order provided that you supply us with a delivery receipt.

Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.

Refunds for Products given as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser.
